I've recently become filled with hatred and, a 'fuck it' mentality. This anger has become accompanied by random outbursts of rage or, yelling which has ruined my relationship and, making my friends become hesitant on hanging out / speaking with me.
How can I better myself via becoming much more chill or, mellow.
Smoke weed er'day.
Spend more time in nature.
Disconnect from technology more. Spend time in the gym (great outlet for rage).
Avoid drugs and alcohol.
Meditate.
Go fishing.
Identify the source and rid it from your life (job, gf, environment, etc).
Identify the cause and fix it.
It might be an hormonal problem.
It might be a period of huge stress at work or family.
It might be multiple light discomforts (hot wetaher->lack of sleep, eating less, don't drink enough)
