Is there any feasible way to purge myself of degenerate fetishes?

I jerk off about once a day, sometimes twice to things I'm not proud of, the only of which I'm willing to admit to is BBW/SSBBW stuff and pregnancy, the rest I'll leave to the imagination. The way my tastes are going I'll never be able to get my dick work to get laid and I just feel like a creep liking what I like.
