I'm in a miserable situation. I've only known very undesirable people in my life and all of them have information associated with them.
For example I have a sister who is an arrogant deceitful bitch
I have a brother who is a drug addict user
I have another sis who is a lesbian
I hate them all!
The problem is when I smell drugs, see a piece of shit, or think of an asshole I think of him
When I see or hear about lgbt I think her
When I meet a snotty arrogant pos I think of her.
It's like there's a ton of stuff in reality which makes me think of all the people I don't like much.
Is there a method I can use to disassociate various concepts from other people?
