I'm 209 and I'm trying to get down to 170 I've been working out tunning drinking water etc I really want to get it off this summer at least 10-12 pounds... As for eating in portion. Meals and. I'm eating veggies and fruit I just want this fucking weight off of me any adv?

Then
1.) download myfitnesspal
2.) enter EVERYTHING you eat/drink every day accurately
3.) stay within your daily caloric allowance (500 calories below your TDEE)
You should lose about 1 to 2 pounds a week this way. So 4-8 pounds a month.

Eat more green veggies, less fruit, no bread. Walk more, lift weights, and read the /fit/ sticky
