So, I stopped using shampoo two months ago and my hair looks pretty good.
Are there any bad side effects of not using shampoo?

I use shampoo once a month at best. almost never use conditioner. im known for having very soft baby hair, when i was using conditioner it was like... i dont know how to describe it. too soft. too flat.
my hair is eaiser to manage when i dont wash, and it doesnt smell by any means... i mean i still rinse it with water obviously but it doesnt need shampoo every day.
research healthy shampoos for men, the kind meant to improve hair health. i hear nyoxin is great. use that or one you prefer once a week and you'll be fine.
i shampoo maybe once a month for the last two years. never had a smell issue. its not like hair is ass.

Everyone's different but if you're past the odor, oil, scalp built up phase, it's actually healthier for your hair.
Not really. Just use co- wash its better
