I hate my voice. No one can understand me and it doesn't fit in with where I'm from. I don't have a speech impediment since I can do accents quite well.

i knew a transsexual whose voice went from female to male over the course of 3 months entirely due to internet voice training courses he/she took.
maybe look into that kinf of thing?
