Same here, what helped me a lot was the book An Astronaut's Guide to Life on Earth, you can download it at gen.lib.rus.ec, he talks about dealing with the fact that you might die while doing something important
Plus trust people, it may be super important, but if you would die sooer than expected, they will figure it out in the next 30 years

You need to realize that there is nothing you can do to prevent death if it comes. All you can do is minimize the risks but the bus moot watches for might catch you.
You are worrying over something you have no control of, but you already know that.
