I have literally slept for 16 hours today and I am still fucking tired.
I take multivitamins, I go to the gym every other day, eat healthy food, idk what else there is to do.
It's been like this ever since I switched over my meds. I take 75mg of Venlafaxine but recently the pills changed a bit, the label says although they appear different, it is the same medicine I have always had. Maybe it is just a coincidence but still...
How to sleep less?

I am a programmer so sunlight is a rarity, I hate sugary beverages and I have plenty of hobbies.
The problem is I need to sleep less and I feel exhausted all the time although I have slept

Even if you're sleeping your body isn't necessarily getting what it needs.
If you're not getting enough sunlight, it throws your sleep cycle out. Your melatonin levels are out and you get less deep sleep.
Tldr: try getting more sunlight.
And ask a doctor to be safe.
