Had a near death experience and I feel bad about it
How to stop thinking about it?
Keeps me up at night.
What was your experience?

This OP, or leave us.
Distract yourself with the things that you like to do. Whenever those thoughts come to you, remind yourself that you still have time to do anything you want, and it would be waste to worry about the NDE when you could do something else worth your while.

I got drunk and walked past some railroad tracks on the way home and decided to have a lie down on the track cause I was feeling depressed.
The train never came.
I sometimes don't know if I'm alive or not cause the whole experience was very blurry so I feel like I'm in some kind of pseudo Jacobs ladder shit.
I hate it

i don't know where you are and if mental help is available but actually go get some.
what your feeling is not uncommon and once you get your shit sorted you'll be fine. the hardest part is actually forcing yourself to go (if you are anything like me)
I spent my first twenty seven years in that state. once you get help and learn that's not how you're meant to be, everything becomes a lot easier and clearer.
go get help. no one important will judge you for it
