My muscles shake/twitch.
When i move a body part up or down, depends of the part, i cannot complete the movement without some muscle shaking.
It's more obvious in my arm; if i move it down my biceps shakes a lot. Same thing moving my head down or 'folding' a leg, but it's almost imperceptible.
Is this something normal? I'm worried, honestly.
It's normal for me.
My shaking is perceptible though.
I overworked my nervous system a lot in my youth, though.
When I hold my hand up with my fingers out, my fingers twitch and wiggle independently.
I don't shake if I completely relax though.

But do your muscles shake when moving?
Like if you were raising some imaginary numbell, would your bicepa shake when moving your arms up?
I have random twitches too but they don't bother me so much.

I'm scared.
This happens to me. I have an essential tremor, but I shake much more noticeably if I move or flex my muscles.
Worst case scenario you just progressively lose control of your body op. Youll be fine.
