Best thing to do is to file a lawsuit, but if you do something to her and she calls the police, shit can get real bad real fast. At the most, you can blackmail her for repair funds if you don't want to hire a lawyer. Take pics of the damages, send them to her, and threaten legal action. Risky, but cheaper.
