Do you work? I got a job and focused on it really hard even though it was just fast food and that got me accustomed to being around people. Plus you immediately have the job in common with your coworkers.

I feel you, I have anxiety problems as well and have had them my whole life, you could see a doctor and they'll tell you to see a psychologist or some shit about medicine, but if you're not into paying for all that shit, then there might be some coping mechanisms or something? I've never had any of those, for some people they might work, but for the most part you might just have to deal with it.

Job/school .. psychology classes are particularly useful as well ..

Don't let it control you any more than it already has, the longer you wait to battle your anxieties, the "bigger the army" they amass.
