If she broke it off, probably the former. If you did, or she has self esteem issues, then the latter.

See, I initiated the no contact and she also has major self esteem issues so that makes me think it's the latter. However she stopped texting me first long before I initiated NC and a lot of our conversations have felt forced for a while. So that makes me think it's the former.
