Does anyone know how to delete the ads a .pdf has in it? It's

Images are sometimes not shown due to bandwidth/network limitations. Refreshing the page usually helps.

Does anyone know how to delete the ads a .pdf has in it? It's so annoying, and I can't find this book anywhere. If I try to print it, they don't disappear.

FoxIt Reader has an editor version that you could use to delete those ads.
