They'll give it to the police, providing you can get them to actually investigate.
You have his first name, photo, and some way to contact him. His last name should be easy enough to get with a subpoena

heavily considering it at the fucking moment. didnt want to get lyft involved but this guy has my work and home address so i deserve to know his name to press charges, cant do it iwthout it but if they want to hide it from me i have no problem trying to sue.

i dont have his photo, they suspended him and it showed up as a blank profile after the fact. i have his first name and no way to contact him, we never did the 'call' bit cuz i found him easily enough
