What might of been, his idiotic "set of possible people" must be an abstraction only, a figment of our minds. There is only what was and is.
Plus, his argument is really dumb: now, he himself denies that morality has any real existence, but makes an "ought" statement, a prohibition: "HOW DARE WE WHINE!"; But why not whine? He doesn't actually give a reason why not, only says, unrelatedly, "Oh, probability wise, being born is unlikely."
