My boss is making me do one night shift on Sunday from 10pm to 6am. I'm butthurt about it but her hands are tied supposedly.
Is there anything I can do so it doesn't ruin my sleep cycle except for not sleeping at all the next day?

Nap before work and sleep until like 10 am when you get home. Then stay up until your normal bedtime.

Get enough sleep/naps beforehand. Don't get comfortable - move around alot. Use an energy drink or two with a light meal.
