I found a prepaid visa debit card and it doesn't have any contact information. I was wondering how I can use this card/check the balance without it being traced to me?

You can't use it without where you used it at being recorded on the account. Using it on a website tied to an account you own with personal infornation makes you trackable. Chances are it is empty anyway.

as far as using it, it's not likely that it's attached to anyones account if it's one of those prepaid visa gift cards

I did some looking into it and it's an employer prepaid.
It is friday so it is likely there is shekels on it
