I'm an ultra skeleton (around a 17 BMI) but I'm untoned as fuck. How should I exercise if I want to get a toned, ottermode aesthetic? I can only do shit in my room with no lifting equipment. I'm looking for a specific workout routine.

bodyweight training won't really get you ottermode. 'toned' still requires some amount of muscle mass.

As far as I know off the top of my head, protien rich foods (lots of it) and swimming is probably your best chance at ottermode. But /fit/ knows far more.
