Less saggy than mine. I'm saving up for a lift, with implants to give a more rounded shape. But my boyfriend still plays with mine like they're awesome, so I'm inclined to believe they're not a huge deal for a decent amount of people.
Your bigger issue is the asymmetry, I'd say. Maybe you should save up for a lift and implants, too, if you're worried. The surgeon can correct asymmetry with the implants. It won't be perfect, but it'll be good.
Remember: implants under the muscle give a more natural feel, and the lift leaves a scar, so you have to decide if you would rather live with anchor-shaped scars or saggy tits.
