I think my teeth is degrading guys, i just ate spaghetti and i felt a grinding/cracking sensation in my back teeth. I'm not sure what the problem is since i brush my teeth everyday, perhaps its a diet problem? How do I solve this

Maybe you didnt cook spaghetti properly.

Also teeth problems can be a sign of other body problems like certain mineral deficiancies. See a dentist.
