IIRC, you can add fetishes but you can't really remove them. Sexual psychology is really in its infancy, though.

The trick is figuring out how to ignore it. The direct approach doesn't work: trying not to think about something actually makes you think about it more.
Indeed, if the people we see here are any indication, most of those who leave fetishes behind do it completely by accident. They dive into large numbers of new fetishes, to the point where they wind up completely ignoring old ones, until eventually they fade like a lost interest or a dead tulpa.That gives you one possible route: ditch one fetish by replacing it with 5-6 new ones. But is that really what you want to do?
