I have a gaping hole in the side of one of my wisdom tooth. When I rinsed with listerine I found pieces of whitish black tooth enamel or dentin coming out in the sink. I haven't gone to the dentist yet and I can't go until the second of July because of insurance. How fucked am I?

Still, brush your goddamned teeth.

That's reassuring. I had some pain last week for about 5 days. It's stopped since then but my tooth has been temperature sensitive recently. 3 days ago while eating a hard noodle korean snack my tooth just sort of broke open and now I have that hole.

I mean either way the tooth is gone. In a root canal they replace your roots with metal rods and your tooth becomes a filling.
