Thanks, its nice to read someone who had more or less the same issues. I love drawing, but I also love making 3D and architectural visualizations. The bad part its I cant compare the amount of money I earn between the two of them.

People are all different, so all I can do is tell you how I have dealt with not similar situations, but situations that have put me into a similar mindset (and considering that they involved unfaithful girls, breaking up and so forth, it may just be similar enough).
What works for me are distractions. Highly immersive distractions to tune out the deafening silence, that dreading, advancing wall of doom in your head.
You say you can't turn to your job for distraction, so something else has to do it.
For me it's always been video games. In that particular case, Civilization 4 did the trick. There's always something to do. Always something to choose, to click. It doesn't give you much time to think about other things.
Even more so if you overload yourself sensually. Play the game and listen to music at the same time. Or watch a TV show, preferably one that has nothing at all to do with relationship-related topics. Or movies. Stupid action things. Audio books. Whatever is the most fun to you, as long as it has nothing to do with love and similar shit. That's why Civilization is great, as an example, war and politics are as far from it as it gets.
The key is giving your mind as little time to think about the shitty things.
That's what works for me. Maybe it's something that can do the trick for you as well. I certainly hope so.
As for dealing with your work piling up? People will have to accept delays while you get the stress and depression (at least the worst parts) out of your system. If it takes you over, they will never get their shit, so getting it with some delays is in their best interest too, as there is no magical button that makes you fine again just because they wave moneyz in front of your face. And if they are the type that can't accept personal matters preventing you from working full-time right now, they are not the clients you want to have, anyway, because they are selfish cunts.
