You should just point out to them that their approach is not working at all and they need to switch it up. I'm sure you know some guys that actually do have better luck with women, and I'm guessing most of them play it a lot smoother. Point this out to your friends, and suggest that they're making asses out of themselves and fucking up their reputations by throwing themselves at every girl that walks by.
