How do i not get fucked over on 4chan, i have visited 4chan a couple of times before but this time want to commit a bit more. Im not really that sensitive the only things that shock me is animal cruelty and goreporn, just gore doesnt do anything for me. How do i avoid these two if there is any on here

Not sure if I totally understand your question, but here goes. You're on the advice board, which is a SFW (safe for work) part of 4chan. The "shocking" stuff is on b, and likely other NSFW boards. Just avoid those. I'm not so tech savvy as to say that you can individually filter the stuff you see on 4chan, but maybe other folks can chime in here.

2. Don't click on gifs
3. Don't browse /b/ or /x/
5. Recognize that those things aren't even that common on this website

Honestly the longer you do or see something the easier it gets. Plus if yoube been here long enough you know the thumbnail .gifs to avoid.
Maybe stay away from /b/ /x/ and any non porn threads in /gif/
