Recessed gums are not a big problem unless its progressing rapidly or the roots/nerves are exposed. See a dentist, but also try to find the cause and fix it. Could be diet, vitamin deficiency, or brushing habits. The only way to regain gums is when they cut tissue out of the roof your mouth and transplant it. It's expensive. Try to prevent further damage instead.
