When should I change therapists?
I have one for depression.
I had her for 3 years and she's ok but I don't feel like I'm making any progress. It just feels too slow and she keeps saying 'oh it's ok to have steady progress etc.'.
I'm almost 22 now and it's scaring me.
And I don't really talk to other people either, like I'm not really a regular at places on/offline. It's because of social anxiety and speech impediment, also trauma from school.
To this day, I just don't know what the hell my problem is and how to fix it.
