Ideally, it'd be good to put points into INT too if you've got extra. INT is a pretty OP stat irl. It's not a main pally stat, though.
Willpower should be the first stat to max, as it affects your abnormal status resists, and reduces the duration of debuffs.
Constitution will raise your DEF and HP allowing you to tank
Dex increases hit chance, and gives bonus critical, and dodge chance.
Int increases the efficiency of all your skills, provides MP, and non-physical defense.
I suppose you could go for a pure build, but that's only if you plan on PVP.
