I used to get that often but down my whole thumbnail, I can't remeber which vitamin fixed it tho I think it was a iron deficiency

1. That's a worthless picture. Did you look at it before posting it?
2. Almost certainly cotton or polyester or some other dark fabric from your sock, jammed under the corner of your toenail. This happens to everyone. Clean it out (with your fingers preferably, avoid using tools).
If that spot isn't what you're worried about, post a clear picture.
