When weighing myself and looking at the "healthy" weights online (according to rush.edu or other first hit sites on google), do I weigh myself with or without clothes? I am male roughly 5'10 and now I am 139lb butt naked, but the sites say ideal is 156.
those weights are without clothes, if you weigh yourself with clothes you can subtract aprox 3 pounds
Honestly, I am asking because I have been living in a foreign country for almost a year now, and food is so expensive here I lost like 15 pounds.
The food is expensive, like I said, but so tasty. Does this mean I can splurge and eat a shit ton before I go back to the U.S. of A. in about a month? It's a sacrifice (ya fucking right) I'm willing to take, for health ya know

if you're concerned go talk to your doctor and ask how you can gain weight in a safe and healthy manner, but really its just calories in calories out. Eat healthy food like salads, lean meats, etc but eat more of it than you currently are.
