My twat of a brother was recently caught smoking an e-cigarette by my mother. I don't want to make a big scene out of it, but I also don't want him going down this path. I feel like I should teach him a lesson in some way, but I obviously would rather not resort to violence to teach him that. I just really don't want him turning into a scumbag during his teenage years. What can I do, /adv/?

No, I didn't. I considered it when I was 15, but my lungs are too bad for it because I have asthma, and it's stupid anyway.
I smoke weed very occasionally, though, but he doesn't know that. I don't mind him smoking a bit of weed when he's 17 or 18 or whatever, but smoking nicotine at 12 is a no-can-do for me.
