Hello /adv/, I reckon that I have a porn addiction, or maybe rather I got used to fast change of arousing visuals (sometimes I don't even need to see nudes). Honestly I enjoy fapping, but the thing is - when I get back from work, I spend the WHOLE evening surfing porn - until I find the "right one" or simply reach the edge. I don't get to prepare a decent dinner, my room is a mess, etc and etc. How do struggle this?

Slowly but surly try to rid yourself of the habit. Do it as much as you can hold it and try to increase the no fap increments. Reward yourself when you beat your previous record (not with more fapping of course)

I should have mentioned - I spend my spare time with PC a lot, and it's hard not to just open a new tab and open a porntube or whatever. This makes it challenging as fuck.
