You need some Repara cream. You can get a big 5oz tube of it for around 10-15 dollars. it's strong stuff, and actually works.
Jock powder works as a preventative but will not get rid of a fungal infection once it is established.
Go to a pharmacy and get an OTC fungal treatment, such as clotrimazole cream. Use it exactly as directed for the full duration. Once the infection is gone, you can use preventatives to stop recurrence.
When you shower, make sure you towel the area off thoroughly. Wear cotton underwear and pants that allow moisture to escape, artificial fibers trap moisture and make infection more likely. If you're still getting sweaty, use jock powder or cornstarch to absorb excess moisture.
