Curious if anyone could suggest a decent supplier for phenibut. I'm very wary in general, and looking to better inform my risk assessment, as well as somewhere to start.
Don't really care about the nootropic angle, I just need an effective anxiolytic and painkiller.
As it stands I primarily use yerba mate, and for small windows of time, cocoa beans. Kava can be nice, but inhibits memory and higher reasoning.
Guarana can work as well. I've never found plants that synthesize caffeine to be overall anxiogenic, other than kola nut which seems generally terrible for you anyway.

Bump. I'm actually interested in phenibut and was looking at reviews for lift mode's brand on Amazon. I've heard it's can make someone more social, outgoing, and overall increase their well-being. Is this true or is it a sham?

OP here. From a pharmacological standpoint, that statement could easily be argued as true for certain populations. Like any drug though, it hinges on the individual as well as its own action.
Phenibut is just GABA with a phenyl group added, so it's able to cross the blood brain barrier. The perceived well-being and social aspects are probably due to its inhibitory action (anxiolytic) along with the simultaneous increase in dopamine levels.
