How can I stop fapping? I want to stop or reduce fapping in general since I feel alot better and more energetic when I don't. The longest I went without fapping was about a week or so and even then that was a stretch. The hardest part is during the mornings when I wake up and it's difficult resisting the urge to spank the monkey.

But I don't jerk off because of moral issues, I feel like when I do so it is in fact morally wrong. I also think this way of thinking is crazy and it is seen as crazy by a large majority of people, but none the less fapping makes me feel guilty and not doing so does not.
Whenever I get a sexual thought it my mind, I just say no and think of something else, and if that doesn't work I just say no again. It's all about control my friend, give yourself control over this. Besides that all you can do it is stop using websites that will give you these thoughts (facebook, Instagram, espically 4chan just avoid /b/) the reason that kids these days seem so off, in my opinion, is because they can jerk off so frequently with their smart phones and I also believe that our entertainment is so sexualized so that we want to jerk off frequently. Masturbating has a weird effect of the mind I say, I beieve it makes people easier to control. Crazy thoughts I know but the average person is weird as fuck and I also know the average person jerks off more than once a day. Connection? I think not
