Personally, I'm not attracted to morbidly obese women nor am I attracted to super skinny women either but I don't think its a negative reflection on anyone who is. Frankly this whole thing is pretty logical: men start with the instinct to prefer a healthy and fertile woman, who can not only pass on good genes, but also reliably carry healthy children to term. 3, 4, and 5 are always pretty safe in that regard.
In your pic, 0 and 9 have a very low body fat %, which is bad for making babies since it signals starvation.
Morbid obesity (like 7) is called "morbid" for a reason. It's unattractive because it signals poor health, both for her and future children (hormone imbalance, metabolic defects).
In the old days (ie monkey times up to before modern era), guys used to split the borderline cases by preferring more fat, since hitting hard times and not having much food was a real threat. Now though, in 2016 in western countries, food is everywhere so guys are very likely to go for the women at the low end of the scale (0,1,8,9) since they know they're probably just restricting their intake or exercising heavily by choice.
On the other hand, they're more anxious about the high end like 6 since the "plenty of food, high fat stores" signal is less valuable, and they know she could easily end up looking like 7.
That's just the biological part, though: it only explains the ape part of men's behavior. The human part thinks whatever the fuck it wants. Guy's aren't hard-wired to fap to jets, tentacles, or ponies, but they don't let that stop them.

Attraction is relative. Some guys like slimmer girls, some prefer women more towards the middle of the spectrum, and there are even men who go for the morbidly obese. On the inverse not many men are going to be going for skeletons with skin either.

No, being fat makes you unattractive. When it comes to body, fat is 6 and beyond.
But it is also possible the fat goes into chin and cheeks. And generally, a chubby face is much less attractive than a thin face with sharp elements.
The perfect body size will generally depend on breast size. The bigger the breasts size, the curvier the body can be around them. As long as theres no fat dangling around, you are fine.
But at this point, you are alerady fine, and body type becomes less important than other things, like the way your face looks and your character.
