I can't hear well with my left ear, it feels like something is inside it, and it hurts a bit.
This already happened in the past, I had to see the doctor, she put in some liquid in the same ear and a lot of disgusting crap came out of it, but the ear was alright and I could listen good again.
Anyone knows what's causing this and if I can do anything home made so i don't have to pay for medical care again?

ear wax, possible caused by using in-ear headphones.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN WITH FLUFFSTICKS
You can actually buy a water-sprayer for the ear at your local pharmacy
Before you put random shit in your ears, do your research.

thanks.
what do i do with the water spray?
just spray it at my ear like i'm a retard until its wet enough that i can tap my head from the right side twice and the earwax will fall on the opposite side?

sorry. i read it that irrigation is good.
i'm wondering if i put a lot of warm water in the ears during shower, directly streaming the ear, will help...?
More the likely earwax build up. That or a ear infection.

Wax or and ear infection . If it hurts when you touch your ear better do something about it. There are ear drops that will help dissolve the wax or stop the infection. I don't remember the name of the ear drops that was used when I got infuckted
This happens to me at least once a year.. I go to the doctor every time. I must have narrow ear canals or something.
Doctors use hydrogen pyroxide.

I had this, as well. Eventually I went to the doctor and they said I had a little earwax built up. They tried to flush it but it didn't come out. They gave me a steroid drop to loosen it and I went back a week later. I heard the nurse audibly gasp when a thimble of wax and dead skin came out when she flushed it out again. Basically I had skin that was growing into my earwax and clogging my ears. It became imbedded so much that it would bleed when messed with. I guess it just blended in and resembled an ear drum so it was otherwise missed during previous dr. appointments.
