So my school teacher is not getting her same job next year they want to let her go

Because a student in my lectures said she's a bit slack.

She's great and really cares about the students.

So I was wondering if you have any ideas on how I can help her out?

I have one idea, to get a petition to nominate her for a staff award, not that she might win but just the significance of a signed paper by the class says something.
