Call 911 (or whatever the emergency aervices number is where you live). Tell them what you drank. They will get you to the hospital, and they'll know what to do. But DO NOT induce vomiting. Not for bleach.

How do you accidentally drink 1 cup of bleach? Thats a lot of bleach to accidentally drink.
