So I am 99% certain someone is stalking me, not sure who they are. But I've made them plenty of times. I'm a 21 year old guy if that matters.

She literally shows up everywhere, and before a few months ago when the weird stuff on facebook started happening, I hadn't seen her before in my life. She is pretty distinct looking, short, long black hair, wears a lot of eyeliner, always in converse and jeans, and a plain shirt, probably about 105-110 lbs, probably in her mid twenties.
Now I tried to introduce myself to her, to see how she would react, and she flat out ignored me. Put her head down and walked away. Thing is, I catch her staring at me all the fucking time too wherever she shows up. She doesn't try to hide it like most women, she fucking stares daggers into me.
This is starting to become bothersome, I don't know if she is mentally ill or what, or why she is doing any of this. I have to get up early in the morning most days, but my roommate is a nightowl and he said the other night, there were foot steps on the roof. I asked if he was sure, and he said it was super distinct

the best advie i can give is
1) invest in a security system
no matter how far it stretches your budget, its worth it. you cant spend that money if ur fucking dead.
2) approach her
you see her often enough, go and talk to her. preferrably in a scenario where theres tons of people around. jsut casually approach her and say 'hey have we met? do you got to XX?' or went to, whatever. try to catch her in what shes doing. see how far she takes it. become the stalker.

Definitely the most interesting you can do (preferably with a group of your friends) is to approach her next time you see her, and in a relaxed calm manner (try to have a smile or pleasant demeanor) and ask "Are you following me??" "Ive seen you around alot", just to see what happens.

OP here. I was not aware that female stalkers were worse. That is quite bothersome. Why is this?
So, I'll talk to my roommate about getting a security system set up. I explained the situation, so when I'm not around he keeps an eye on the place since he is out of work right now, and isn't going to college. And I'll see if I can invest in some hidden cameras.
I'll try to approach her again, since I literally see her every time I leave the house. I'll drive to campus on Monday a bit before class, and go to the cafeteria and see if she shows up. If she does I'll try and talk to her again.

Keep trying. Also keep trying to get through to her on social networks, be persistent.
Go through her profiles on everything and contact anyone she seems to be friends with and ask "hey, do you know X? i'm a little worried about her, call me."
In my experience it's always a good idea to try to understand more about what they're doing and why they're doing it, it's better for your sanity since you won't be imagining possible crazy scenarios and helps you fix the problem faster. Also helps in the rare cases where she's not just yandere-style gratuitously stalking you and has some actual reason for her behavior that you can do something about without involving the police.

I have no idea what that situation would be, but I will try my best to get into contact with her friends on social media and try to find out "who bitch dis is". I mean if she wasn't totally scary, she'd be right up my alley, but I'm keeping away. I'm literally afraid of her at this point, and I've never actually been afraid of anyone.

Can you still find proof of the friend requests and stuff on facebook? Like take screenshots of the profiles, then screenshots of the image search that proves they're fake. AND take pictures of the girl when you see her watching you. This might make people take your claims more seriously (friends, police), if that becomes a problem.

I don't know what country you live in (assuming the US), but in the UK you can call 101 and let them know that you think you are being stalked, and that you suspect it might be that woman.
The police will have a look around your home at some point for obvious points of entry that you might miss.
That said you might just notice her a lot because you go to the same college.
Also, don't accept fake account friend requests, not even to message the people.

Get a notebook, even a tiny one and document dates and times and completely detailed descriptions of when you saw her what she was doing and what she was wearing. Carry this everywhere and do it no matter what. involve the police after ever instance show them your notebook. This will be the only way you will be taken seriously. If you can invest in security cameras do so, do not tell anyone but your roommate you have these installed, check tapes nightly and document on paper what happens on the recordings. This will onyl help you make your case stronger. Tedious but do it or you have no case if things take a serious turn.
