Check your local laws, if you're in the U.S. certain states charge up to 20% as an inheritance tax and if you're selling property you may be subject to capital gains taxes.
Also, atm the absolute MAXIMUM interest rate is about 1% so 1% of 3mil is 30k a month (assuming it's really 3mil, and isn't actually something like 2.4 mil after taxes and that you get 1% instead of like .5%), which will still be taxed as unearned income so that's more like an absolute MAXIMUM 26-27k.
So, if you do get the maximum, you could do it, but as a heads you wouldn't exactly live lavish if that's what you're thinking.
