The other pictures should be good pictures of you with other people / in social environments, a party, whatever
Maybe throw in a picture of yourself somewhere. The beach, vacationing, etc

You probably want to avoid giving the impression that you had to take a bunch of pictures of yourself to set up your profile
Guys who try too hard are usually a turn-off, just pick flattering pictures that make you look like a fit, social, and cool guy

There was a study on this. Shirtless and with cat photos were rated highest by women. Idea was also tested on "The Dating Game" episode of tv show "The Tim Ferriss Experiment"

First pic should tell the whole story of why they should be interested; highlight your best physical (and if possible personality/activity-related) features. Most people will decide to swipe yes based on that pic alone without looking any deeper.

It should NOT be shirtless or lifting weights, as that is obviously trying too hard, but your face and/or body (depending on what's more enticing) should be clearly visible/accentuated.

Past showing off your best feature(s), if possible first pic should be of you doing something cool or somehow demonstrating your social capital: doing something fun or something attractive, or something the girl would find fun to do with you.

The other pics are less key. If the girl has gotten far enough to look at the others, she's at least semi-interested. These other pics can be to highlight secondary features, so body if you main pic was mostly face, or vice versa, as well as other activities that would be enticing.

This is like a visual resume. What things do you do or can you do that are awesome and would be interesting to hear about for her? You can use these to basically brag about how sweet your life is and how fascinating talking to you would be.

Example might be: (1.) Face with some of body, (2.) full body (well dressed), (3.) `playing your musical instrument, (4.) playing with friend's cat/other animal at some party/hang, (5.) scuba diving / zip-lining, (6.) standing on top of some statue, gesticulating in some ridiculous manner / something funny and/or daring and/or stupid.
