Does sex have any physical or emotional effects? Ever since I lost my virginity months ago, people started telling me I lost weight and my skin tone got a tad bit darker. Though there are other factors that could cause these.

It doesn't have any physical effects, just think about all the time you've jacked off, however it probably has some psychological ones that in turn might change into physical effects.
