Where the fuck do creative people younger than 20 hang out? I'm barely 18 & awkward as fuck due to a stutter, but I make tons music & art. Everyone at shows & art shows are either in their 20's or boring as fuck, help.

There's nothing wrong with talking to people in their 20's. As long as you don't act like an immature idiot, it shouldn't be a problem. Similar interests can bring people of different generations together. You might even learn a thing or two from them.

yeah! most of my friends are 20+ and they're all really cool ppl. I haven't met anyone who I've been remotely attracted to since I finished highschool & started hanging out in the art & music scenes.
