Every time I so much as sit I'm the drivers seat in my boyfriends car, I get so overwhelmed. I shake really bad and I feel like I'm going to cry, it feels hard to breathe too. I want to learn to drive, and my boyfriend wants to teach me but I get this feeling from just sitting in the drivers seat when the car is off. Is there any hope for me? Is there anything I can do to calm my nerves or do I need to look into medication?
