My drug dealer doesn't like me and I have no friends, neither do my housemates.
I'm feeling a bit shit about myself. How do I get out of this funk?

Best tip that I can give you, and this is from personal experience, is not to use drugs as a means of making your shit life not so shit. Trust me when I say that it's not sustainable, even with weed. In the long term you'll still feel shit while on them and even more depressed about your social situation when off them.
I wish that I could tell you more on what to do to improve your situation, but aside from generic advice, along the lines of "put yourself out there with people", there isn't really much that I can say, as my situation is similar to yours.
