So, I recently was released from the hospital.
I fell, knocked my head, lost conscoiusness, suffered a concussion and had a small amnesia (forgot about half of the day, nothing too spectacular)

Yes. Some studies show long-term depression can occur from even minor head trauma. The brain is a complicated thing, and losing consciousness, suffering from amnesia, and getting a concussion are not small minor or a little deal, it's a very serious head injury. good luck.

still depressed, but a little more sociable.
a lot friendlier and my viewpoint on certain things changed.
I feel like I react quicklier in general,
and am more considerate towards others.
It feels strange, because I'm almost like a different person now.

because now I feel bad because I changed, so I theoretically don't have a reason to feel bad, but I still do, because essentially before this incident, I felt bad. I have no reason to not feel bad, but I don't, because I changed. a lot. I don't appreciate that.
