In the past year or so, Ive been getting a huge amount of anxiety and get panic attacks nearly every time i go outside. I try to live my life, work and socialize but this is really fucking me up and making me not want to leave the house as i'll randomly get panic attacks in the middle of work or when i occasionally go out with friends. Wtf do i do about this??

I went to a doctor earlier for depression and anxiety, but none of the pills i got ended up working so i kind of stopped going, not sure if its the same for anxiety. Ive been planning on going to a therapist nearby but its like 90$ per visit
