>had surgery two days ago
>hurt as fucking much
>not very strong meds
>doesn't hurt as much when I elevate and let it rest
>don't want the joints to stiffen up
>don't want it to hurt as much as it did last night

How soon do I start flexing and stretching, guys? Anyone with past injuries, or medical pros, please give your advice

DONT flex it there's no need. It's fucking broken just let it be. You can immobilize a limb for 2 months and you'll have no trouble moving it after the cast is removed. Just let it heal as its supposed it.
